The Refund, Exchange and Return Policy

The Refund, Exchange and Return Policy are only available to products purchased directly from 2byng Limited’s Online Store To be young and the procedure for returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date the item was received by the customer.

In order to obtain the eligibility of full refund and exchange, please email and mail with the original product packaging, products, instructions, gifts(if applied) and order confirmation receipt to 2byng Limited Customer Service Department by mail (please contact our customer service) to verify and protect your shopping rights and interests. No application will be accepted if the required information is not provided. Product refund and refund service is limited to one time only.

2byng Limited will only be responsible to take the risk of return after receiving the product, and 2byng Limited is not responsible for the lost product during delivery. You will receive the same product that you had paid for the returned product (excluding any charges for the initial shipping and handling of the product to you) or the same amount that you had paid for the retuned product within 45 working days after 2byng Limited received the returned product based on your application.

In the event that the procedure herein is not followed, 2byng Limited reserves the right to accept the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.
